Long Term Agreement (Fixed Price) – The project aims to engage qualified security service providers under a 10-Monthfixed-price contract to deliver continuous 24/7 campus security services at the Institution’s campus with a fixed monthly budget. The expected outcome is a stable and professionally managed security presence that ensures the safety of students, staff, visitors, and assets through effective day and night shift coverage, clear supervision, regular patrols, controlled access, and timely incident reporting. The selected bidder will be fully responsible for staffing, supervision, training, and operations throughout the contract period, delivering consistent service quality, accountability, and cost certainty with no price escalation for the duration of the agreement.
